It all depends on how you hold your brush and what hand you apply it with. Have you ever tried crossing your arms to apply mascara? I have tried it...and it looked the same as before with me. But then again I have even eyes and my eyelashes are pretty much the same on each eye so I don't really have problems with it ';looking better.'; Perhaps your eyelashes need to grow in more on your right...perhaps you go to bed with makeup on? It is not good for your skin or hair at all and is the main cause of pimples and facial blemishes.

How do you get mascara on ur lower eye without getting it all over yourself?
I always try to put mascara on my lower eye but i always mess up does anybody have any suggestionsHow do you get mascara on ur lower eye without getting it all over yourself?
well, first i put baby powder all around my eyelids and under the eye. k, sounds weird but for me it helps clean up the makeup. then, i put on the mascara ( i have a small brush so maybe that helps) but i angle it to get all the lashes. then i wet my finger and wipe up the smears.How do you get mascara on ur lower eye without getting it all over yourself?
Istead of putting it on like you would think, I put mine on from the bottom to the top so that it doesn't clump and also doesn't smear. To make the lashes still look long, wait until they are almost dry, and curl them. If you absolutely can't do this, buy a great eye makeup remover, like one from beauticontrol (called lash and lid bath) If you buy a good one it will come off easily and not take up extra time. I'm a blonde with pale skin and hazel eyes. My dress is a classic black dress. I want to step up my makeup, but don't want to wear too much. I tried on some black mascara, eyeliner and the top of my lashes and a thin line on my lower lashes and black eyeshadow only to the creases. Is this too much makeup? If so, what should I take away? Or would brown/black mascara look better and use brown eyeliner? Again, I want it to be a little fancier for prom.Is black eyeliner, mascara and eye shadow too much for a blonde on prom night?
No this is a very good combination to go with your blonde hair. It's a nice contrast and you can't go wrong with black. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with gothic, but it sounds like you want a lighter prettier look. Try black/brown mascara, grey or silver eyeliner, and a lavender or something like it eye shadow. If you smudge the eyeliner, it looks more smoky and sultry. I think that would be a more desired look for you. Play around with different colors and combos until you come up with the one you like.

If you're worried about overdoing It i would stick to a shimmery tanish color for eyeliner, a simple thing line of black eyeliner on top and bottom, two coats of black mascara for top eyelashes, one even coat for the bottom. Or perhaps, to perfect the look a lil more, skip the mascara and apply false lashes (the pretty kind, not the halloween kind) I did this and they looked dramatic and perfected without me worrying about getting the perfect nonclumping,thickening,lengthening mascara!

I recently started wearing mascara on a daily basis and I am noticing that even on days I don't wear it, my lashes look thicker and fuller and overall better. I clean it off every night with eye make-up remover, so it's not caking on day after day...Does mascara make your eye lashes grow thicker?
