Do you think it looks bad when people wear eye liner with no mascara??

I hate the way it looks when people wear black eyeliner with no mascara.. especially if they have lighter eyelashes or if they have light eye shadow dust on their eyelashes! It looks like something is missing!

it doesn't matter. just make sure your colors match. like dont use brown mascara and colored eyeliner. match your tones.
I THINK IT LOOKS OK...BUT IT DEPENDS HOW U FEEL...
umm i dont really like mascara that much since i already have full eyelashes.


but i use dark brown eyeliner so..
i kno what u mean...sometimes it looks funny like they FORGOT mascara or something.
people with dark eyelashes can pull it off, but lighter haired people, if they chose to wear black eyeliner instead of brown should wear mascara. i only wish mascara wasnt so annoying!
