Which one makes the eye look brighter, refreshed and pop out? Mascara or eye liner?

I can't wear both... I just can't. so which one is better?





I am tanned.


I wear glasses.


Even though I am asian I have big eyes with an almond shape.


My hair is black


My eyes are brown. dark brown.Which one makes the eye look brighter, refreshed and pop out? Mascara or eye liner?
Since you have big eyes already use mascara, this would really make your eyes pop

Try using liquid liner on your upper eyelash line and using black eyeliner then white on your water line to make your eyes POP more :D

If you would prefer mascara, i use cover girl exact eye lights and pick the black mascara because that's the one they assigned for brown eyes. It makes my eyes POP a lot :D

I love using both, but the one that makes your eyes stand out more is eyeliner.
Use eyeliner. It will make your eyes pop more. Try brown or gray.
