Yes. I think, I do it while wearing regular non-colored ones so I assume it's the same for the colored ones.

yeah i dont see why not. I wear contacts (clear) instead of glasses and i can apply mascara so i dont see the difference with coloured contacts you should be able too. see the thing is contacts go IN your eyes, where eyes mascara goes ON your eyes. hope i helped.
