How can I stop picking at my mascara/eye lashes?

It's a TERRIBLE habit of mine to pick at my dried mascara and eye lashes. It's gross and obviously looks terrible afterwards but I just can't stop!! Anything??How can I stop picking at my mascara/eye lashes?

i do that at night. if you can't stop yourself, use makeup remover first. or just don't wear mascara until you break yourself of the habit.
try putting cayenne pepper on your fingers and believe me you will not pick your eye lashes.
Every time you do it, you can slap yourself.

or if you're with one of your friends, you can tell them to yell at you if you're with them.
