if you take a shower and wash your face with soap it should come off but you could us a salycic acid face wash and cotton swab to get it off or theres cold creams. i've found it best to not use water proof since waterproof mascara tends to break my eyelashes off if not cleaned off and use a curved brush. and there are some many types of mascaras, clear, brown, black. i've heard people use brown but i always use rich black and replace often.How many types of mascara are there?how should i remove water proof mascara from eye?
I just use good old soap and water, but make-up removers work just as well.

There are A LOT of different types of mascara. I use either make up remover to remove my make up, or when I run low, petroleum jelly and face wash works just as great. I use Maybelline's mascara, usually intense XXL volume+length every time I go out.
